How to disable undeposited funds

Good afternoon, @stevek6. 

While we don't have the option to disable the undeposited funds account at this time, you can be sure to choose a different account when receiving payments. The undeposited fund's account is a pre-generated account made by QuickBooks. This account is unique because it's a temporary account that QuickBooks uses to hold received payments from invoices before you deposit them in the bank. 

Here's how to choose another account: 

1. From the receive payment window, click on the Deposit to dropdown. 
2. Choose which account you'd like to deposit the funds in.
