Thanks for reaching out to the Community space, omakaze1.

I'm here to help you get your credit card transactions.

Every financial institution has a different method of downloading transactions. If you're not sure how to do it, It's recommended to visit your bank's website and look for the detailed steps. You may also refer to the general procedures I've listed below:

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.
  2. Follow your bank's instructions for how to download .QBO file of your transactions to your computer. Click this link to learn how to download transactions from Bank of AmericaChase, and Wells Fargo.
  3. Check the date range for the download. It should be at least one day before the date of your oldest transaction.
  4. Download your transactions.
  5. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your computer's desktop.

Additionally, your bank may offer a few file formats. You may download the transactions as a CSV or Quicken (QFX) file if they don't support .QBO format. This way, you'll be able to upload the file to your QuickBooks account.

If you still have trouble getting the file, I suggest reaching out to your bank's customer support. They have the tools that can pull up your account and download the transactions for you.

Once you're done, open and review the file to ensure that it's in the correct format. Take note that the maximum file size you can upload is 350 KB. If the file is too big, you'll have to shorten the date range and download transactions in smaller batches.

Lastly, here are some references that you can read to be guided in importing and categorizing your downloaded online banking transactions:
