How to download or export qb payroll file to the new QB desktop? It looks like we can only do less than 20 employees at a time... Is that true?

For a list of employees, you can export up to more than 20. You can follow these steps to do it:

1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Select the Gear icon, then choose Export data.
3. Click Lists.
4. Select Employees, then press the Export to Excel button.

Once done, you’ll want to convert the file to Intuit Interchange Format (IIF), so you can import the list to your new QuickBooks Desktop.
