I'm glad to walk you through changing the bank account where credit card payments go into, dlinker70.

Simply follow these steps outlined below for your guide:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online in a web browser.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙and then select Account and settings.
  3. Select the Payments tab. In the Deposits section next to Standard Deposits, select Change bank.
  4. Select Add new bank account.
  5. Enter the Routing Number and Account Number of the bank account you want to change to.
  6. Select Save.
  7. Review the bank account info and is selected, then click Submit.

QuickBooks will start depositing customer payments from online invoices and other sources into the new account.

If you change your account after 3 PM PST, we'll start using your new account the following business day. If you already processed payments before 3 PM PST that day, we'll put them in your old account.

Keep in mind, this process doesn't change the way QuickBooks categorizes payments on your chart of accounts. This changes the bank account QuickBooks deposits payments into. Here's how to choose where to record payments and processing fees.
