How to find deleted entries?

I got you covered, @npascucci-founda. I’m here to ensure that you can locate those deleted transactions in QuickBooks Online. 

It only takes a few easy steps to view those deleted Journal Entries through an Audit Log and modify the date according to your needs. I’ll be happy to show you how:

1. From the Settings, select Audit Log.
2. Click Filter.
3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events to narrow down the results.
4. Then, select Apply.
    

Once done, you’ll now be able to keep track of your transactions in the audit log and might as well see who made changes to your books.
