How do we get all of out check numbers to show up in the expenses pages? Some of them show up, most do not. Tried going to Payroll Settings, but do not see an Update transactions option, where is it? also did not find the Accounting section on the Payroll Settings page, just pricing options for different types of QB.

You can get your check number to show up on your Expenses page by ensuring you added them when transactions were created, TEF2025.

Before that, you mentioned some check numbers were showing up, and others were not. Have you entered numbers when tracking them? If so, then you can perform some troubleshooting steps to display them.

Basic browser troubleshooting steps:

  1. Use a private or incognito window.
  2. Restart your browser.
  3. Clear your browser's cache.

On the other hand, if you've missed including check numbers in some of your transactions, you have the option to enter them manually. Simply open the existing entry and add the digits in the designated field.

The same solution applies if you're referring to check numbers related to payroll.
