How to I import older PayPal transactions?

You can manually import Web Connect files from your PayPal account, @tomak160.

This is helpful when bringing in transactions from the last 18 months in QuickBooks Online (QBO):

• When connecting for the first time only the past 90 days are imported.
• A new QuickBooks account has been created and transactions have already been marked as exported.

You're able to import customers, vendors, accounts, and other lists into QBO using either CSV (Comma Separated Values) or XLS/XLSX. Here are a few things to remember:

• CSV: A common file format used for text files that contain tabular data. In CSV files, each field of text is separated by a comma, semi-colon, or other special characters.
• XLS/XLSX: XLS is the file format of Microsoft Excel 1997-2003; Microsoft Excel 2007 and newer use the XLSX file format.

Once ready, here's how to import your PayPal transactions into QBO:

1. Login to your QuickBooks Online account, and then select Apps from the left menu.
2. Choose My Apps at the top, and then locate the Sync with PayPal app card.
