How to link current bank to new certificate of deposit

Thank you for posting here in the Community, khegge. We can link your current bank account to a new certificate of deposit by creating sub-accounts and linking them to your bank.

To do so, go to the Gear icon (⚙), then select Chart of accounts. Under Chart of accounts, select New. Depending on your account's view, you’ll either see the New account or the Account panel. Make sure to put a checkmark on the box icon (▢) on the Is sub-account, and select your current bank on the Enter parent account. After that, click Save.
