I'll help locate your credit card statement in QuickBooks, @bakercorliss. This way, you don't need to sign in to your website.

If your credit card is connected to online banking and you're using QuickBooks Online Plus, Advanced, Accountant, or QuickBooks Live, you can see your statement on the Reconcile page.

Proceed with the following steps:

  1. Go to the Accounting tab on the bottom left part.
  2. Select the Reconcile tab.
  3. Select your credit card account in the Account drop-down and click View Statement
  4. Hit Start reconciliation when you're ready.

Also, your bank may not support this feature yet if you don't see this option. We're working on adding more banks soon. Here's the list of supported banks.

Additionally, you can attach the statement after you reconcile your credit card. This way, you can review them in the future if need be. For more information, click this link: Get bank statements directly from your bank when you reconcile.

In addition, see the following articles on how to print reconciliation reports and troubleshoot accounts that you reconciled in the past:

Let me know if you need clarification or if there's anything else I can do for you. I'm always here, ready to help you. Keep safe.
