You can manually record the transfer of funds in QuickBooks Online. It will just take a few clicks away. I'll show you how: Here’s how:

1. Click the + New button.
2. Choose Transfer.
3. From the Transfer Funds From drop-down menu, select the bank account that the money is coming from.
4. From the Transfer Funds To drop-down menu, select the bank account that the money is going to.
5. In the Transfer Amount field, enter the amount being transferred.
6. Enter the transaction date and description.
7. When you're done, click Save and close.
