Please know that any changes made from your bank affect your QuickBooks connection too. Several financial institutions have stated they’ll no longer support live feeds. You can visit your bank website to check if there’s ongoing system maintenance or updates.
Here’s how:
Sign in to your bank’s website.
Go to the Notification menu.
Check the information.
No worries, you can still import your transactions manually into QuickBooks Online if the issue persists. You’ll just need to get the transactions from your bank, then upload them so you can continue matching and categorizing the transactions.
