Welcome to the Community space, Mexican. We'll provide information to help you verify small or test deposits inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

After setting up your bank account inside the program, the test transaction will appear within 2 to 3 business days. You can review your bank account statement or contact your bank to trace the small deposits. Once it shows, here's how you can verify the test transaction:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Payroll, then Overview.
  3. From your To Do List, select Let's Go on Check your account for a small deposit, then verify item.
  4. Select Verify Amount.
  5. Enter and confirm the transaction amount (no decimal point).
  6. Click Verify.

In case the New payroll tasks button doesn't show, you can follow these steps to verify the transaction:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top right corner, click the Gear icon and then select Payroll settings.
  3. In Bank accounts, select Edit .
  4. Select Verify Amount, then enter and confirm the amount.
