I accidentally deleted some credit card transactions but then i resynched them from the credit card site and they are not appearing in quickbooks

Hello @ian-kongbasile-c,

 

In QuickBooks Online, your downloaded transactions are based on the information provided by your financial institution and the system can't control how they're shared. Since you're no longer able to receive them after resyncing, I'd suggest uploading a list of your deleted credit card transactions. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Go to Transactions.
  2. Select Banking.
  3. Under Link account, select Upload from file.
  4. Find and open the downloaded list of your credit card transactions.
  5. Map the columns based on the QuickBooks requirements.
  6. Click Upload.
