Question

I am able to connect to the Amazon business account but I am not able to see any of the transactions in Quickbooks, can could be wrong?

Welcome to the Community, @tortuga-tortugap.

 

You can perform the following steps for you to check the missing transactions.

 

  1. Go to Transactions, then Bank Transactions.
  2. Select Update.
  3. When it's finished, go back to the Banking menu.
  4. If you still can't find the transactions, select the tile for the bank or credit card account you downloaded the transaction from.

If the issue persists, try other browser troubleshooting options to help us determine if this is a browser-related issue. Too much historical data from the browser causes discrepancies that affect the view and performance of your QuickBooks.

 

Once bank transactions are downloaded, you can start categorizing or matching them to straighten out your books. After that, you have the option to do your regular bank reconciliation.
