Question

"I am being charged 16.00 per month and my Banking stopped being imported since May 2020, any ideas why? I tried downloading from my bank and it does not convert to a csv file any ideas?

Bank errors might be the reason why your bank has to stop syncing with QuickBooks. To avoid this from happening back, you'll want to tick on the Refresh all button from the bank settings.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Bank accounts.
  3. Click the Refresh all button.

 

 

 

 

With the above steps, your bank transactions will flow normally to QuickBooks. On this page, you'll also find if there are bank errors in your account.

 

About the downloaded .CSV file, you can either add the transactions manually into QBSE or look for a converter online that formats from your bank file

to .CSV files.
