We don't want you to have this perception, bobbyjackson564. Allow me to assist you in resolving this issue and successfully connecting your bank with QuickBooks.

Error 350 occurs when the link to your bank account either expires or is updated by your bank, bobbyjackson564. We need to verify that all information is current.

Here are the steps to resolve error 350:

  1. Navigate to Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Select the bank or credit card account you wish to reconnect.
  3. Click on Edit, then select Edit sign-in info.
  4. Confirm the user ID and password used to log into your bank's website. If necessary, re-enter your bank information.
  5. Click Save and connect.
    Note: A prompt that says Connection Completed, and transactions updated! will appear if the reconnection is successful.
  6. Click Close X.

@bobbyjackson564

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, you can use csv2qbo converter tool for the time being. It's a $60 one time license.
