I am making a deposit, and the usual titles for accounts are not showing up. example--sales, taxable. I can find it on Chart of Accounts, but not when I do a deposit

Congrats on making your first post here in the Community. Let's work together so that you're able to use particular accounts when creating a deposit. 

Let's try using a private browser or incognito window to eliminate a few reasons as to why this is happening. This will help clear out any cache that can make these small glitches occur. Here's how: 

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N 
• Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P 
• Safari: Command + Shift + N 

It's that easy! If this works, go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history. If not, I recommend trying a different supported browser.
