You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license)as a workaround.

I understand how important it is to have a complete banking and financial record. I'm joining you here to offer my help in retrieving the missing transactions, famrod311.

I also wanted to ask if you just added the bank in QBO. Please know that most financial institutions provide the last 90 days' worth of transactions when syncing it in the program.

To retrieve the missing transactions, you can manually import them by converting your bank statement to CSV format.

You can either use any of these supported formats in bringing your transactions into QBO:

You can also check out these articles that provide guidance and steps on how to format and upload your CSV file:

You can also check out or save these articles in case you might need them when working in QBO:

Please let me know if you need any assistance retrieving the bank transactions into QuickBooks Online, famrod311. We're always available to answer questions and provide help with any online banking concerns, big or small.

Hello, i have got it too. If your bank account details have been changed without your authorization, it is important to act quickly to try to recover your money.
