I am missing 4 months of data in all of my linked accounts. I have confirmed the data for this period is available in the accounts but I'd prefer not to do manual uploads

Thank you for taking the time to post today!

Some financial institutions will only send out transactions from the last 90 days or 120 days after linking accounts to QuickBooks. The rest can be uploaded to the Banking page. If you don't wanna do the upload, you can enter transactions one by one. I'll guide you through it.

1. Click Accounting on the left-hand side.
2. Choose Chart of Accounts.
3. Double-click your account register.
4. Click the down arrow, as shown in the screenshot.
5. Choose the transaction you want to add. Then, do the same thing to add more transactions.

That's it. After adding transactions, you can start reconciling your accounts.
