Hello there, @lindadelarosa71.

Let me guide you in performing some troubleshooting steps to rectify your missing transactions.

The data we receive in QuickBooks depends on the information sent to us by the financial institution. If the connection between QBO and the bank is interrupted, online banking issues like missing transactions can occur.

To fix this, you can manually update the account to refresh the connection and fetch missing items. Here's how:

  1. From the left toolbar, select the Banking menu and tap the Banking tab.
  2. Click to highlight the account you're updating, then hit the Update button.

To learn more about fixing online banking issues, see this article: What to do if bank transactions won’t download or there's a bank error?

If its still not updating, you can manually add the credit card transactions to your QuickBooks account. You can go to your bank's website and follow the instructions on how to download them. I've listed our supported file formats below:

  • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Quicken (QFX)

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Choose the Banking tab.
  3. Locate the credit card sub-account.
  4. Hit the Upload transactions button.
  5. Click Browse, then choose the file you downloaded from your bank.
  6. Select the account you want to upload the transactions into from the QuickBooks account ▼ drop-down menu, then select Next
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions, then click Next
  8. When you’re ready, hit Let's go.

Once done, you can go back to the Banking menu to match and categorize your bank transactions. Lastly, I've added these articles as additional guide in managing your downloaded credit card transactions:
