I am missing over a months worth of bank transactions from quickbooks.February 4,2022 to March 12, 2022. They simply are not there.

I have a solution to your missing data in QuickBooks, jwbyram.

I can help you find a way to get your data from February 4 to March 12 to show up in QuickBooks Online. In this way, your books will always be correct.

Let's update your bank account to bring in the transactions in QuickBooks Online. I'll show you how.

1. Go to Banking on the left panel.
2. Select the blue tile for the account you’re working on
3. Click on the Update button.

Also, you can check your uncategorized accounts. The missing transaction may be there.

1. Go to the Accounting menu and select the Chart of Accounts tab.
2. Look for the Uncategorized Income or Uncategorized Expenses account.
3. Select Run report.
4. Look for your missing transaction on the report.

Once confirmed that the data is not there, I'd recommend manually importing it to your account. Log in to your bank or credit card websites and download a CSV file of your bank transactions. Once done, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Banking menu and select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
2. Click the Link account dropdown and choose Upload from file.
3. Hit Browse and pick the file and tap Next. 
4. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks.
5. Click Yes, then Let's go.

After the import, remember to categorize your transactions and reconcile the account.
