I am missing transactions in Quickbooks from about a month ago that are showing on my bank statement. Keeping me from reconciling my account? Any suggestions?

There might be a connection error between your bank and QuickBooks. Thus, some transactions are missing.

We can bring the past month's transactions into QBO by manually updating the connection. Let me guide you with these steps:

1. From the Banking tab, select Banking.
2. Click Update.

If downloads seems stuck, the issue may be on the bank’s end. Sign in to your bank’s website to check. You can get your bank's page URL through these steps:

1. On the Banking page, click the Link account button.
2. Search for your bank, and select it.
3. Copy the link indicated under your bank's name.
