I am no longer able to enter deposits that were made into QuickBooks. It is not giving me the + option

It seems that this is just a browser error. Let me help you.

 

The accumulated temporary internet files could be the root cause of this unusual behavior. You'll want to use an incognito window and make a deposit from there. Here are some of the shortcut keyboard keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

 

You'll want also to clear the cache to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. In addition, make sure you're using an up-to-date browser cause the old ones may result in errors, too.
