I am no Longer unable to enter new deposits on my iPhone. The + is not available

Allow me to share important information about QuickBooks Online mobile app, @ohiovalleyyouthn.

 

The support for the mobile app has been discontinued. You can still use the app but some of the features will disappear. This process is part of our prioritization to invest in other functionality that matters to you. Thus, you're unable to use the app seamlessly. 

 

I'd encourage you to record and make bank deposits using a supported browser as an alternative. Once done, you can always run the Deposit Detail report and customize it to show precise information.
