Question

I am not able to download my business transactions for 2021. I seem to be able to download personal ones. Has anyone else been experiencing this?

I even asked customer services and the representative stated they were not able to help as they were not able to download my transactions as well. Please advise.

Do you need to import for more than 90 days ago? You have to ask the file or download it for your bank portal and import it manually to your QBSE account. Otherwise, utilize MT Online as a workaround.
