I am not able to transfer my money to my bank account after two small amount verity

You'll have to wait for the test transaction amount and verified that you can now use your bank account. Please know that it takes two to three business days to confirm and activate your bank account.

 

Within these days, you will see two small amounts debited from your bank by QuickBooks. We'll be sending you an email to confirm your direct deposit status. You can also check the status by following the steps below:

 

  1. Click the Gear ⚙️ icon.
  2. Select Payroll Settings.
  3. Choose Company under the Bank Accounts section.
  4. Check the status.

 

Here's the list of the statuses and their corresponding meaning:

 

  • Connected/Active: Your bank account is connected to send payroll with QuickBooks Online.
  • Pending: We're getting your bank account ready
  • Waiting for verification: You have the option to enter a test transaction.
  • Failed: We couldn't verify this bank account.
