I am not being able to attach a file to load the transactions for the month of November to be able to post them from the connected account

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the Community for support. I hope you're enjoying the day so far.

 

It sounds like you may have some issues with your browser. Such as corrupted cache. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time, these files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like the one with your attachments not uploading. 

 

I've included the links for all supported browsers that contain the steps to clear the cache below. 

 

 

After clearing the cache, make sure to restart your browser. Then, check if you're able to upload attachments for the month of November.
