Hello there, flamethetaqueria.

I can share some troubleshooting steps that will help you pull up the attachments of your transactions.

QuickBooks Online uses cache to load the pages faster. At times, these accumulated files become corrupted causing strange behaviors in the program. To rule this out, you can open your QuickBooks company using a private or incognito window. Check out the shortcut keys below:

  • For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, press Command + Shift + N.

Once you're in, check the transactions again. If you're now able to pull up the attachment, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache to delete the stored junk files. You can switch to other supported browsers to further isolate the issue.

Additionally, here's an article that will help you organize your attachments in QuickBooks Online: Add or delete attachments.

Just add a reply below if you have any other concerns or questions. I'll always have your back.
