I am pulling credit card account but the wrong account information is coming into my account

Uploading American Express card and have the right account chosen, but it is pulling another business cards transactions.

Welcome to the Community, Ted. I can share some information about bank connections in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Transactions in the For Review tab are pending bank transactions not added yet into QuickBooks. I recommend disconnecting your bank from the chart of accounts to correct them.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Transactions, then Bank Transactions.
  2. Select the account you want to unlink, and then click its Edit icon, then Edit account info.
  3. In the Account window, disable the option for Disconnecting this account on save.
  4. Hit on Save and Close.

 

However, if transactions are already categorized, you'll need to exclude these transactions. Then, disconnect your bank. 

 

Once you have disconnected the accounts, you can now proceed to re-connect the account and verify that the bank accounts are correctly associated with their respective registers.
