I am running into an issue where if I buy something through PayPal and it is connected to my bank it is showing the transaction like 3 time how do I eliminate this

Congrats on making your first post here in the Community. Let's work together and get these duplicating transactions removed/deleted from the system. 

 

Using a private browser or incognito window will help QuickBooks load as a fresh new page. This allows any glitches to be eliminated from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Here's how to depending on your session: 

 

  • Safari: Command Shift 
  • Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N

 

If this works, go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history to remove the glitch from there. When there's a build-up of cache in your session, it can make certain products you use have issues. 

 

If the problem is persisting and the transactions are still there, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They have additional tools to look further into your account on the back end.
