I am trying to add my Lowes Business advantage card. they recently changed their web address and the new one does not show up when trying to search in adding new account.

Welcome and thank you for getting help with connecting your Lowes Business advantage account. I'm here to help.

 

When a financial institution changes its website or URL and becomes inaccessible in QuickBooks, they may no longer support us or still working to rebuild the connection.

 

After checking, I haven't seen an announcement from our Online Banking team with the bank, so let's just wait a few days. In the meantime, you can download your transactions into a CSV file or in any other web connect format. Then, upload them to the Banking page in QuickBooks so you can still work on them. Here's an article to guide you through that: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

 

If you still get no results when searching for your financial institution's name after a few days, just click on Request support for your bank. Then, enter your bank's new web address (URL) in the field provided, and select Request.
