It's my pleasure to assist you here in the Community with transferring funds, @sww12-comcast-ne.

To begin with, we can navigate to the banking tab in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to transfer your money from QuickBooks checking to your business checking.

Here's how:

  1. On the left navigational panel, go to the Lending & banking tab.
  2. Select QuickBooks Checking.
  3. Choose Transfer, then click Transfer money.
  4. Enter the amount you want to transfer.
  5. In the From ▼ dropdown, select your QuickBooks Checking account.
  6. In the To ▼ dropdown, select your connected bank account.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Once done, click Finish transfer.

Additionally, I would like to ask if the transaction you're referring to is the customer payment. If so, please follow these steps:

  1. On the upper right corner, look for the Gear icon.
  2. Choose the Account and settings.
  3. Select Payments and go to Deposit accounts.
  4. Click Change to edit your instant deposit info. Note: If you switch from your debit card to your QuickBooks Checking debit card, select the 0% fee option.
  5. Once finished, click Save and then Done.

However, if you mean a different transaction, any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

Moreover, I'm adding this article that you can browse through to learn how to check when QuickBooks deposits customer payments into your bank account: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.
