I am trying to import my information into Quick Books online but I am getting an error saying that can't import because of sales tax. please help

You'll want to turn off your sales tax settings first before importing your information. This is the reason why you receive such an error message when uploading them. Let me show you how.

1. Go to Taxes.
2. Select Sales Tax Settings.
3. Click Turn off sales tax.
