I am trying to link my Mercury bank account with QBO, but it is not linking. Please guide me on what I should do.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions to your QBO account as a workaround. To do this, download the entries from your bank's website in a CSV format. Then, import these transactions once ready. Please refer to the steps below when uploading these entries:

1. On the left panel, click Banking.
2. Click the drop-down arrow next to Update.
3. Choose File Upload.
4. Select the file, and click Browse.
5. Click Next.
6. Select the QuickBooks account, and click Next.
7. Map the columns, and click Next.
8. Select the transactions to import. and click Next.
9. Click Let's Go!.

Once everything looks good, you can review and categorize your bank transactions to ensure they are assigned to the correct accounts.
