Welcome to QuickBooks Community, WEVSlogistic.

I appreciate your efforts in linking your bank account to QuickBooks Online. Don't worry, let's fix this together.

Let's Exclude the transactions from the For review tab and start fresh from the desired date.

1. Go to the Transactions in your left panel.

2. Choose Bank transactions, and select the tile you want to review.

3. Select the Review tab, filter the date to Last year then click Apply.

4. Find the transactions you want to remove and hit Exclude under the Action column.

However, if these transactions are already categorized, you can Undo the process through the Categorized tab, and then Exclude.

For more tips about excluding transactions on QuickBooks Online (QBO), please see this article: Exclude a bank transaction you downloaded into QuickBooks Online.

I am trying to do the opposite. I added a new bank account and it's only pulling items from 2024 and not from 2023. When I select 2023 dates its says there are none when there are many.

Hello, @jenondrako.

Let me further assist you in finding those 2023 transactions in QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks relies on transactions from the bank. Otherwise, you'll want to manually enter them into QBO. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, then Transactions, and select Bank transactions.
  2. Click Upload transactions.
  3. Select Drag and drop or select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Continue.
  4. In the QuickBooks account ▼ dropdown, select the account to which you want to upload the transactions. Then select Continue.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Continue.
  6. Choose the transactions you would like to import. Then select Continue.
  7. Tick Yes and select Done.
