Usually when I reconcile transactions for the entire month are shown for reconciliation. For some reason transactions stop at the beginning of the month and I need to update. How do I fix this?

Thanks for bringing this matter to our attention, 1371. I'm here to help you draw up all your data so you can reconcile an account seamlessly in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To reconcile all of your data for the month, let's sort the data accordingly. This way, all your transactions will shop up and be reconciled.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Go to the Transactions menu and select Reconcile.
  3. Click the DATE and hit the All button (to display all transaction types).
  4. Just in case you see the Clear filter/View all, please press it. There might be some enabled filters that are affecting the data shown on your Reconciliation page.
  5. Double-check all the transactions. Then, once everything is all set, proceed with reconciling your account.

However, if you get the same result, I suggest logging into your QBO account using a private browser. It restricts websites from using cookies and doesn't record any data history.

To proceed, please follow the shortcut keys below:

  • Safari: Command + Option + P
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox or Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

If you can pull up all your data for the month using incognito mode, it's safe to say that this is a browser issue. We can fix this by clearing your cache and cookies.

However, if the issue persists, I recommend using another supported browser. For more information about this, you can check this article: System requirements for QuickBooks Online products.

In addition, here's an article that can help you manage your reports seamlessly in QuickBooks: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to reply to this thread if you have more questions regarding your reconciliation in QBO. We're one click away.
