Thank you for joining the Community, jenate-wilcoxon-. Let's figure this out so you can get back to business.

Before we start, can you please provide some details and the error message you receive when attempting to upload the CSV file? This will allow me to check more resources and provide an accurate solution to your problem.

In the meantime, we can begin troubleshooting steps by logging into your QuickBooks Self-Employed account in a private window and importing your data from there. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open a private window for browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

If you're able to log in and import your transactions successfully, we can go back to your regular browsing window and remove some cache. You can check out this article for the details steps: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

We can also look and use other supported browsers that works best with QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Once you're done importing transactions, you can check out this link: Step 4: Review what you imported. It shows you how to check for duplicate transactions.

If you have any further questions about importing data or managing transactions in your QBSE account, please let me know. Enjoy the rest of your day!
