I am unable to continue reconcile and want to go back with no changes

OK, I'm lost. Have something on top left screen that says "Something is not quite right"

The error message you received could have been triggered by random browser issues, so let's take a few steps to figure that out. I'm here to help you.

 

We can start by signing in to QuickBooks using a private window. This step will disable the browser extensions and stop the cache from saving your browsing history.

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N.
  • MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P.

 

If private browsing lets you redo your reconciliation, you can clear your browser's cache. If not, please use a different browser to see if this only happens to the one you are using.
