Question

I am unable to enter expenses or income into transactions. no matter how much information I enter, the save button remains gray/inactive. has anyone else had this problem? I've been using this app for over 2 years and I've never had this issue before

You'll want to make sure that you've selected a category under the Category hyperlink. If you've selected one yet unable to save it, you can refresh your App's data to get this resolved.

 

Although, we'd also have another go at helping you over the phone or Chat. One of our live support specialists can take a look into your account and determine what's preventing you from saving your transactions.
