I can tell why some transactions aren't showing up on your Banking page, ladanasunlimited.

There are several possible reasons why transactions won’t download. They include:

  • A connection issue between your bank and QBO.
  • The financial institution’s server is offline.
  • Error messages or codes that require you to perform a certain task.

Since all entries from December to April have been posted, you can download transactions using a CSV file from your bank. Check out this link to learn how to use the template: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks

Once the file is ready, you can manually import them to QuickBooks. Let me show you how:

  1. In QuickBooks Online, go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select the Link account ▼ drop-down and then Upload from file.
  3. Click Browse and then select the file you downloaded from your bank, then Next.
  4. In the QuickBooks account ▼ drop-down, select the account you want to upload the transactions into, then Next.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks, then Next.
  6. Select the transactions you would like to import, then Next.
  7. When you're ready, select Let's go.

Now that your transactions are in QuickBooks, it's time to match and categorize them. The transactions go into your accounts after you review them.

I'm adding this link in case you won't see recently downloaded bank transactions and how to fix it: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Your final step is to reconcile bank accounts. This ensures your books are accurate and there aren't any duplicate transactions.

Keep me posted if you have follow-up questions about this. I'll be around to help manage your bank transactions.
