Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

Good morning, @taylorhorn

Thanks for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community and sharing your concerns.

Along with what our user, Fiat Lux - ASIA, suggested, I wanted to clarify what error message you are receiving when trying to reconnect your Lowe's Commercial Account?

Often times we can see banking errors 102, 103, and 105. Banking errors 102 and 105 are commonly known for issues with your bank's end. Their website may be undergoing maintenance or having server issues.

Whereas banking error 103 is commonly known for using an incorrect username or password.

You can see additional details about these errors in the help articles I've included below.

I'll be sure to keep an eye out for your reply and look forward to chatting with you soon. Take care!

Hi, I did it through incognito following your recommendations and I can't do it and I get this error 103.

Error 103 typically indicates that the user ID or password for the bank account you're trying to log in to is incorrect, @PT76.

I appreciate you for trying to reconnect a bank using incognito. We also have troubleshooting steps for the error 103 you're getting.

Make sure you have the correct sign-in info. After logging in, turn on third-party access if your bank requires it. Your consent may be required by some banks before they can link your account to another service, such as QuickBooks Online. Check if your bank has this requirement when you're on its website.

To connect a KeyBank account to QuickBooks, follow the steps to turn on third-party access:

  1. Click this link key.com or ibx.key.com.
  2. Log in to the account you want to connect to.
  3. Choose User Profile.
  4. Switch on Third Party Access in the Password and Security section.
  5. Select Yes.

You can then enter your bank sign-in info in QuickBooks. Refer to this article for the detailed steps: Fix bank error 103 in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Additionally, you can import your transactions manually, read this article for reference: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have questions about connecting bank accounts in QuickBooks Online. I'm always here to help. Have a great day.
