Hi there, renovations. Allow me to share some information to ensure you'll be able to manage your transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You'll want to exclude the specific transaction in the For review tab so it will not appear in any account registers or financial reports. You may find this article useful to learn more about how to exclude downloaded transactions in QBO.

In addition, If you wish to permanently delete them, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Excluded tab.
  2. Select transactions to delete.
  3. Tick the Batch Actions.
  4. Click Delete

Also, to keep your QuickBooks records consistent with your bank records, you should make a bank deposit.

Furthermore, you can check out this article to learn how to make sure that the amounts match your real-life bank and credit card statements in QBO: Learn the reconciliation workflow in QuickBooks.
