Question

I bought out my business partner, his info needs to be deleted from my QB account. What is the process to do this?

Hello mattn,

 

If you are the Primary admin of the QBO company, you can simply delete your partner from the Manage users page.

  1. Select Settings ⚙.
  2. Select Manage users.
  3. Find the user you want to delete. Then select the arrow icon in the ACTION column.
  4. Select Delete.
  5. In the confirmation window, select Delete again.

If you're currently not the primary admin, you can request the current admin to transfer that role to you.

 

On the other hand, I presume that you will be paying for the subscription moving forward. Might as well, update the payment information of your subscription.
