I brought in a transaction from my bank to quickbooks and now i can't get back into my bank. it says that i'm all caught up. how can i get back into my bank?

Does QB only allow you access to your bank once?

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can manually update your bank account to refresh the balance and its connection status with the system.

 

Here's how to do it:

 

  1. In QBO, go to the Banking menu at the left pane to get to the Banking page.
  2. Click the Update option at the upper right.
  3. If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials. Then press on Continue update.

 

If the same thing happens, try signing into your QBO using a private browser (incognito). This will help us check if this is a browser-related (cache and cookies) concern.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

 

If it's successful, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
