I've tried everything to correct error 103. QB will no longer connect to my bank. I've changed my password at the bank and updated with QB with no success. I get a call from support but cannot understand what she is saying due to her accent. Help!

Hi, @bvanzalen. I'm here to help.

Upon checking here on my end, we currently have several open bank error 103 connectivity investigations that our product engineers are working to resolve. To give you updates on the investigation, may I kindly inquire about the specific name of your bank account that you're trying to connect to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE)?

Since you performed confirming your sign-in info in QBSE, let's turn on third-party access if you’re trying to connect a KeyBank account to QuickBooks, here are the steps to turn on third-party access:

  1. Go to key.com or ibx.key.com.
  2. Sign in to the account you want to connect to QuickBooks.
  3. Select User Profile.
  4. In the Password and Security section, switch on Third Party Access.
  5. Select Yes to confirm your choice.

As an additional help, let me add this guide if you don't see recently downloaded bank transactions: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Let us know on the situation if you still encounter bank error 103 while reconnecting your bank account to QBO. We'll do our best to assist. Take care.

@bvanzalen

Try opening your QBSE account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, you can try csv2qbo converter tool as a workaround. It's $60 one time license.
