I can no longer make bank deposits on my mobile app, it hasn’t worked for 3 weeks?

The option to create a bank deposit while logged in on the mobile application is unavailable. It is recommended to enter your bank deposits by logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a web browser.

While the option is not yet available, I recommend letting our product developers know about your request by sending feedback. This way, the program, and system design can be improved concerning the option to enter bank deposits on a mobile app. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Open the QBO app on your mobile device.
  2. Go to Menu.
  3. Under ALL, select Feedback.
  4. Enter a few words describing how you wanted to have the option to enter a bank deposit while using the mobile app.
  5. Select Send feedback.
  6. Click Got it.
