Thank you for alerting us about this issue, @ahealthytouchhai.

I check my resources here and found no relevant reports about importing CSV files in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

Usually, this happens when there's too much cache data stored on the browser's memory. To fix this, you can start by opening QuickBooks using a private window and uploading the file from there. This browser prevents internet files that can cause unexpected behavior when using QuickBooks.

To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

If it works fine, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. Also, please make sure that you're using a supported and up-to-date browser and have added Intuit as a trusted site to prevent your browser from potentially blocking site content.

Once the bank data is successfully uploaded, here's how you can add, match, and categorize them.

Keep me posted on the outcome. I want to make sure this is taken care for you. Thanks for reaching to the Community, stay safe always!
