My company profile does not show my data

Welcome to the Community space, @cam319. I’d be delighted to assist you in locating your data in your account in QuickBooks Online.

 

To begin with, have you recently signed up for another subscription? If that’s the case, you may have logged in to the wrong company, which could be the reason for the inability to locate the data in the company file you're currently in. 

 

Please ensure that you’re logged in to the correct company file. Thus, if the file you're in has no data in it, we can switch to another company and find the data you need.

 

I'll be glad to show you how: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon. 
  2. Click on the Switch account/Switch company option.
  3. Choose the company where your data is stored.
