We are thrilled to see you here in the Community again, @mark312. I will be your guide to ensure you fix the issue of only seeing the current month's bank registers.

One possible cause is that the transactions are filtered using a different category. To resolve this, we'll have to sort the transactions by date in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to display all dates. Please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Accounting menu and then select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Navigate the name of your account.
  3. Under the Action column, click View register.
  4. On the Date column, click the drop-down menu until the recent transactions show.

On the other note, even after performing the steps and the issue persists, I recommend performing basic troubleshooting steps.

Sometimes frequently visited pages fill up a browser's cache. It might compromise QuickBooks Online's functionality.

Let's use a private window to access your QuickBooks account. So we can determine whether the problem is browser-related or not.

Here's how you can access a private browser:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

You can refer to this article if the steps were successful: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

In addition, I will include this article for your reference when reconciling your accounts. This way, we can effectively ensure that your accounts correspond to your bank statements: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks.
