Question

I can't connect my bank account to the new QB. What to do? Error 103, sign in details correct. No typos.

I've had account A, but it had the wrong country of origin. I unlinked my bank, closed the account and created a new one. The support told me creating the new account is the only way to change the home country and home currency.
However, since I started the new account I can't reconnect the bank account. It's been 2 weeks and the error remains the same, due to time zone difference I can't get ahold of the support, and the information in help center is unhelpful to say the least.
I've logged in into the old account today and tried to reconnect the bank account there and it went through without any errors. Of course, I didn't proceed since I need it linked to the new account.
What is going on and how can I fix it?
I'm currently paying for both accounts and can't use any!

I'm here to ensure you have a smoother experience with our online banking function, hello-unitedcrea. We'll need to access your bank's website to confirm your login details and use them to sign into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To begin, can you share the name of your Financial Institution (FI)? This information will assist us in checking for any known issues.

Error 103 means the user ID or password for the bank account you’re trying to connect to is incorrect. To restore your online banking connection, follow these steps:

  1. Open a new window in your web browser and proceed directly to your bank’s website. Take note of the website for later use.
  2. Log in with the user ID and password.
  3. If you can successfully log in to the account, know that the user ID and password are correct.

Next, perform Steps 2 up to 3 in this article to connect the account: Fix bank error 103 in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Self-Employed.

After establishing the connection, categorize your online bank transactions in QBO to streamline the reconciliation process. Plus, you can use the solutions provided in these resources to track down any missing entries and fix online banking errors:

Hi. Thanks!

It's Zenbusiness.

My login information is correct as I've been trying to do it for 2 weeks already and checked many many times. I've read what the error means but unfortunately as I said it is unhelpful and the same login details still work in the old account, so it can't be that the details are incorrect.
